En 2004, les transporteurs des pays de l’est entrent pleinement dans le système européen. Une équipe de journalistes suivent des routiers, enquetent et defont les rouages d’un sytème bien mis en place par les plus grands groupes de transports. Les autorités européennes ont bien du mal à justifier ce système aussi injuste.
