Voisin du port, De Rijke se converti rapidement au transport de produits chimiques en citerne. Tr\u00e8s vite, De Rijke propose des solutions de logistique \u00e0 ses clients. Bien implant\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;Europe, De Rijke ouvre sa premi\u00e8re agence \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger en France, sur le port du Havre en 1982. D\u00e8s lors d&rsquo;autres implantations suivront comme Anvers puis plus tard, Barcelone, cette derni\u00e8re connaissant une progression fulgurante&#8230; Le nord de la France et la Picardie sont une v\u00e9ritable base arri\u00e8re pour De Rijke, au point qu&rsquo;on pourrait m\u00eame se demander si De Rijke est entreprise fran\u00e7aise ou batave !?
