Il fonde alors une modeste entreprise de transport, ou il transporte de la lignite dont la r\u00e9gion regorge. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Travailleur acharn\u00e9, il enchaine des journ\u00e9es, des semaines en dormant tr\u00e8s peu et travaillant sans jour de repos. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Les v\u00e9hicules lourds sont une denr\u00e9e rare, alors, pour l&rsquo;aider dans sa t\u00e2che, il rach\u00e8te un puis deux Bussing \u00e0 l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e Allemande.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Alfred Talke a n\u00e9anmoins du flair, l&rsquo;industrie chimique allemande est en plein essor, chez BASF, un ing\u00e9nieur d\u00e9couvre la mousse de polystyr\u00e8ne. Il d\u00e9cide de mettre en route en 1952 son tout premier camion citerne destin\u00e9. La premi\u00e8re agence est ouverte en 1953 \u00e0 Dusseldorf. A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, il n&rsquo;y avait pas de carrossiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, il con\u00e7oit et fabrique lui m\u00eame ses citernes jusqu&rsquo;en 1960. Paternaliste, l&rsquo;entreprise loge les salari\u00e9s dans des petites maisons autour du si\u00e8ge social \u00e0 Hurth, \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque l&rsquo;Allemagne vit une crise du logement aigue, et ces maisonettes sont les bienvenues pour les employ\u00e9s. En 1966, Alfred Talke ouvre une nouvelle agence \u00e0 Berlin, les ann\u00e9es suivantes e sera au tour de Stade puis Ludwigshafen.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 Silo n&rsquo;est pas en reste, et Talke met \u00e0 disposition des aires de stockage pour ses clients dont l&rsquo;expansion semble inarr\u00eatable. D\u00e8s 1985, l&rsquo;entreprise assure la formation en interne de ses employ\u00e9s en fonction des produits qu&rsquo;ils manipulent.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">C&rsquo;est avec le rachat du Belge Louis De Jongh qu&rsquo;Alfred Talk\u00e9 r\u00e9alise sa premi\u00e8re implantation en dehors de l&rsquo;Allemagne, avec quelques silos de stockage. Alfred Talke d\u00e9c\u00e8de en 1990, mais l&rsquo;entreprise reste familiale. D\u00e8s 1995, ils s&rsquo;implantent \u00e0 Varsovie tout juste sortie du joug communiste, puis aux pays bas \u00e0 Moerdijk et Kiev. A l&rsquo;heure de la mondialisation, les containers Talke desservent les Emirats, la Chine.
