Georges Napoly y d\u00e9bute seul apr\u00e8s son mariage. Il y travaille jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa mort accidentelle en 1948, \u00e0 43 ans. Son fils Guy lui succ\u00e8de alors, \u00e0 19 ans. \u00ab Il avait d\u00fb obtenir une d\u00e9rogation de la pr\u00e9fecture pour pouvoir conduire \u00bb, raconte St\u00e9phane Napoly, son fils. Le jeune Guy Napoly perp\u00e9tue l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de son p\u00e8re en solo, sous l&rsquo;oeil de sa m\u00e8re Germaine.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Au d\u00e9c\u00e8s de celle-ci, en 1961, Jacques, le fr\u00e8re de Guy, rejoint l&rsquo;entreprise. Le tandem fonctionne avec quelques camions pendant dix ans. En 1971, \u00ab c&rsquo;est la s\u00e9paration \u00bb Napoly, qui compte alors une vingtaine de camions, se scinde en deux : le transport d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les carburants de l&rsquo;autre. Un fr\u00e8re \u00e0 la t\u00eate de chaque branche.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">La troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, celle de St\u00e9phane, Erick et Bruno, arrive aux commandes \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 80. L&rsquo;actuel pr\u00e9sident rejoint les rangs en premier, en 1988, \u00ab \u00e0 la demande de mon p\u00e8re \u00bb. Les relations entre les deux hommes sont pourtant loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre pacifiques. \u00ab J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler chez papa quand j&rsquo;avais 16 ans comme balayeur de garage, puis m\u00e9canicien. \u00bb Mais entre le fils et son p\u00e8re, le torchon br\u00fble vite. St\u00e9phane prend ses distances : \u00ab En sortant de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e, \u00e0 21 ans, j&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 l&rsquo;attestation de capacit\u00e9 de transport et achet\u00e9 un camion \u00e0 mon fr\u00e8re Georges, qui avait sa propre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">En 1992, forte de 35 camions, l&rsquo;affaire d\u00e9m\u00e9nage en sortie de Flers, au Buisson-Corblin. Deux ans plus tard, au d\u00e9c\u00e8s du patriarche, St\u00e9phane prend les r\u00eanes. Son fr\u00e8re Erick, transporteur \u00e0 Paris, rejoint les rangs en 2005. Le cousin Bruno, transporteur \u00e9galement, vend son affaire&#8230; \u00e0 St\u00e9phane et int\u00e8gre le groupe en 2007. Pour compl\u00e9ter les rangs, l&rsquo;a\u00een\u00e9 des fr\u00e8res Napoly, Georges, prend pied dans l&rsquo;entreprise en 2006 au moment d&rsquo;un des nombreux rachats r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le groupe. Sans compter Christine, soeur de Bruno, et Maxime, neveu de St\u00e9phane et Erick&#8230;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">La famille est au complet.
